Lead end-to-end delivery of solar and energy storage projects, including site survey, planning, execution, cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance. Prepare basic system design & capacity calculation Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to refine quotes and the Installation team to troubleshoot site-specific design challenges. Coordinate with EPC contractors, designers, suppliers, clients, and government stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. Oversee site construction, commissioning, testing, and grid connection activities. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved. Manage project acceptance, handover, and contract performance in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred: System Design: Create detailed 2D/3D layouts for residential and commercial solar projects using industry software Software Proficiency: Expert-level experience with AutoCAD and solar-specific platforms (e.g., Aurora Solar, HelioScope, or PVsyst)
