Develop and implement annual and seasonal agricultural cultivation plans. Manage and supervise Contract Farming, REZ, and company-owned farms to achieve cultivation, yield, production, and quality targets. Select suitable rice/paddy and crop varieties based on local and export market demand . Conduct Trial Farming, Trial Plots, and Research Activities and expand successful varieties into commercial production. Manage Contract Farmers and Farmer Groups and ensure compliance with contract terms and cultivation standards. Provide farmers with agricultural technology, technical support, and necessary farming inputs. Monitor Contract Farming acreage, loan recovery, crop quality, yield, and production performance. Coordinate with DOA, DAR, seed farms, research organizations, and seed companies for seed sourcing, research, registration, and licensing. Ensure compliance with GAP, company SOPs, agricultural standards, and regulatory requirements . - Supervise seed drying, cleaning, storage, distribution, sales, and inventory records. - Oversee post-harvest activities, including drying, storage, transportation, quality control, and loss reduction. Support export and Pro-Farm Projects according to international buyer requirements. - Monitor agricultural market trends, crop production, yield, quality, and risks, and provide timely reports and recommendations to Management. - Coordinate with farmers, government departments, agricultural mechanization teams, and other stakeholders. Perform other related duties assigned by Management.
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site. Construction works are carried out in accordance with approved forms, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, workers, and other project team members. Conduct site measurements and assist with quantity calculations. Monitor the usage of construction materials and equipment. Report site progress, work status, and construction issues to the Senior Engineer or Project Engineer. Assist in resolving technical and site-related problems. Ensure compliance with company procedures, construction standards, and safety requirements. Maintain proper site records, drawings, reports, and other project documentation. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Engineer. Willingness to work at different project locations. Willingness to work at project sites in Yangon, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Region & Nay Pyi Taw Project Sites.
