Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and take corrective action as necessary. Oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, such as trucks and forklifts, and ensure that they are properly maintained and serviced. Lead warehouse/delivery team. Prepare and maintain operation reports, stock records, and delivery documents. Monitor transportation arrangements and delivery costs. Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of goods. Identify operational issues and support process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
