Job Summary We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management for a manufacturing operation in Yangon. This role supports business decisions, strengthens controls, and drives financial performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly and annual financial closing, reporting, and analysis to support management decisions. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure stable operations and growth. Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with accounting standards and tax rules. Review costing, profitability, and variances to improve financial performance in a manufacturing setting. Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external partners on financing, audits, and statutory requirements. Support department leaders with financial guidance, approvals, and clear reporting on key business issues.
