Title: Senior Technical Product Manager Reports to: CEO Location: Flymya Head Office In Yangon Role type: Managerial Role (MA) Starting Salary range: 2,000,000 ~ 4,000,000 MMK, depending on your skills, experience and ability to contribute to the role. Schedule: Mon - Fri About Flymya Flymya prides itself on our promise, ‘Travel is easy with us’! And we make arranging travel easy by providing the fastest and smoothest Travel Technology and Customer Support. We welcome a prospective team member who can help drive our vision forward. We're hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own how we plan, build, and ship product at Flymya — keeping delivery fast and the team aligned day to day. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CTO, this person will be central to turning our roadmap into shipped product, faster. We build the travel platforms our customers book flights, hotels, and buses on — both web and app — along with the internal tools our Support and Ops teams rely on every day. Who you'll work with: This role reports directly to the CEO, and you'll work closely with our CTO and developers day-to-day. The CTO owns the technical side; you own getting things delivered — together you keep the development team moving. What you’ll be doing: Own delivery across web, mobile, and internal tools — on time, without getting stuck. Help shape the roadmap: not the final call (that's you together with leadership), but you're in the room bringing trade-offs and sequencing. Run the day-to-day rhythm — sprint planning, backlog grooming, retros — across the team. Sit in on architecture conversations and ask the right questions, without needing to write code. Spot problems early (payments, scaling, connectivity) before they become fires. Translate between business and engineering — no jargon, just clarity. Track shipping speed and keep pushing for improvement. Mentor junior PMs/POs. Performance management of developers together with our CTO (CTO brings technical judgment, you bring the delivery and behavioural lens) What we’re looking for: 4+ years in product/technical program/project management, with things actually shipped to show for it. Real experience running Agile/Scrum across more than one team. Comfortable holding your own with engineers on technical trade-offs (coding background a plus, not required). Experience working with cross-functional teams. Clear communicator, written and verbal. Can hold your ground on scope/timeline/quality — kindly, but firmly. Comfortable with ambiguity. Based in or willing to move to Yangon. Burmese language required — repatriates welcome
