Lead and manage the overall Civil Engineering Department and operations . Oversee and coordinate Site Engineering, QS, Drafting and Project Coordination teams. Plan, monitor and control multiple civil construction projects from planning to completion. Provide technical guidance and effective problem-solving for site and engineering issues. Monitor project progress, quality, cost, manpower and timelines . Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Review project plans, BOQs, drawings, specifications and technical documents. Develop and implement engineering procedures, standards and best practices. Lead, coach and develop engineering team members to achieve departmental and project objectives. Prepare regular project and departmental reports for Management / BODs . Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company requirements.
