Job Summary: The Accountant is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with inventory, sales, and expense reconciliation in line with FMCG operations. The Accountant is also responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and ensuring accuracy in financial data across all FMCG operations including sales, distribution, and inventory. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and cash flow. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy. Manage inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory reconciliation. Implement internal controls and improve accounting processes. Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses). Reconcile bank statements, supplier invoices, and customer payments. Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records. Liaise with internal departments (sales, warehouse, procurement) for accurate data entry.
The primary responsibility is to oversee and manage factory-wide human resources, disciplinary matters, payroll and benefits, and ensuring strict compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Searching for, interviewing, and appointing both skilled factory workers and office staff based on departmental requirements. Payroll & Benefits: Ensuring the accurate and systematic calculation and management of employee salaries, overtime (OT), and Social Security Board (SSB) contributions. Disciplinary Management: Supervising employee adherence to factory rules and regulations, and taking necessary disciplinary actions (such as issuing warning letters) when required. Labor Law Compliance: Executing Employment Contracts (EC) in accordance with labor laws and acting as the primary liaison with the Labor Office and Social Security Office. Training: Conducting orientations for new hires and providing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) awareness training. Workplace Relations: Mediating and resolving disputes between employer and employees, while managing overall staff welfare and well-being. Location: East Dagon Industrial Zone
Key Responsibilities Order Processing: Carefully verifying and accepting customer orders, ensuring all specifications regarding sticker type, dimensions, and quantities are accurate. Quotation & Pricing: Preparing detailed price quotations based on specific order requirements and securing formal approval from customers. Client Relations: Traveling to meet city-based clients in person when necessary to discuss project details and technical requirements. Sample Management: Collecting physical samples from customers and delivering factory-produced proofs/prototypes to clients for final approval. Production Liaison: Coordinating directly with the factory to relay order details and continuously monitoring production timelines to ensure on-time completion. Customer Communication: Professionally handling customer inquiries via Viber or phone and providing proactive updates regarding delivery schedules. Documentation: Systematically issuing, recording, and filing essential documents, including Invoices and Delivery Orders (DO) . Payment Tracking: Monitoring incoming payments and following up on outstanding balances to ensure timely accounts receivable collection.

Oversee prepress processes, ensuring all files meet technical specifications for various printing methods (flexo, digital, large format). Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and efficiency. Color correct and proof files to meet quality standards and client expectations. Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.
