Key Responsibilities • Analyze client business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders • Advise customers on ERP solutions and digital transformation strategies • Map current processes and design optimized ERP workflows • Prepare ERP proposals, solution documents, and presentations • Conduct ERP system demonstrations and product presentations • Work closely with developers and implementation teams • Support ERP implementation planning and project coordination • Assist in data migration, configuration guidance, and system setup • Train users and provide business guidance on ERP usage • Provide pre-sales consulting and solution advisory • Support customers during ERP Go-Live and stabilization period • Maintain strong client relationships and long-term partnerships
