Responsible for recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees. Conducting orientation programs for new employees. Calculate and manage employee attendance, overtime, leave and other entitlements. Implementation of Staff Welfare Programs. Evaluate employee behavior, discipline, and overall job performance. Handling employee relations and resolving HR-related issues such as conflicts and grievances. Develop and implement employment agreements, policies, and internal rules & regulations. Liaise with relevant government offices (e.g., SSB, Tax Office, Labor Department) for required reporting and related administrative matters. Prepare and submit HR-related reports to higher management.
Assist in Recruitment Process: scheduling interviews, post the vacancy announcement, maintain candidate’s database and interview record. Update and manage accurate employee files, including personal data, employment contracts, and internal HR team documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to help ensure smooth, efficient daily operations across the organization. Assist in the monthly attendance calculation process by compiling accurate reports on lateness and leaves. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned and provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
Support and organize for all bake houses requirement which are using day to day operations Provide guidance and direction to administrative staff, ensuring their task is completed accurately and efficiently. Control the Stationery, uniform and other utilities once necessary Round check the hostels and give feedback when need to improve the cleanliness Checking to make sure to be cleaned around front and back of the kitchen’s area Checking and report kitchen raw storage area where need to place in order Administration of Housekerping and Security. Control fixed asset management including arranging office supplies Communicate and give feedback of outsource companies once needful Manage for government’s bills on time such as MEPE, internet and telephone bills. Develop and maintain tracking reporting of Vehicles and Generators fuel consumptions Liaise with Government office effectively for company affairs Arrange the schedule for outsource Pest control team to Bake House and Factory
English Version Prepare and edit content according to the monthly content plan to ensure posts are published on time. Coordinate with designers to prepare post designs and follow up on design progress to ensure timely posting according to schedule. Regularly monitor and review Facebook Page insight reports. Monitor social media platforms such as Facebook and Viber, and stay updated on daily trends and competitor activities. Check whether customer inquiries, orders, and comments on Page Inbox and Viber are responded to on time, and provide timely replies accordingly. Actively support the team in receiving orders and following up with customers to achieve online sales targets. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally. Review and complete daily sales reports within the designated timeframe and ensure accurate cash submission. Monitor daily order processes and check for any pending or incomplete order submissions. Check daily orders to ensure there are no missing accessories related to customer orders.
