The Brand & Media Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of GraceWin and its product brands through effective brand campaigns, digital media, health content, and media production, while coordinating the Brand & Media team and relevant internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and support brand growth initiatives to strengthen the awareness, visibility,and positioning of GraceWin and its product brands. Plan and coordinate brand and product campaigns across relevant communication and media channels. Manage digital content and media activities across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels. Develop the Monthly Health Calendar based on health topics, product priorities, and campaign plans. Review and approve health articles, social media content, scripts, graphics, and videos before publication. Coordinate video and photo productions, including Health Talk. Work cross-functionally with doctors, Sales & Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, management, and external production partners. Lead and supervise the Health Content Writer and Media Production Executive, ensuring quality, deadlines, and effective team performance. Manage production-related budget requests and coordinate required production resources. Report brand, content, campaign, and media activities to the Brand & Marketing Director. Perform other related duties assigned by the Brand & Marketing Director.
The Media Production Executive is responsible for supporting the production of high-quality photo and video content across the company’s digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand activities. The role covers video and photo editing, shoot coordination, on-site production, post-production, and media asset management while ensuring that all content meets the company’s creative and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Edit raw video footage and photos into polished, engaging content for digital platforms, campaigns, and other marketing activities. Carry out video post-production, including cutting, color correction, color grading, basic audio editing, and overall content refinement. Coordinate video and photo shoots, including scheduling, equipment preparation, location arrangements, and coordination with camera operators or external production teams. Serve as a videographer or camera operator when required using available production equipment. Work closely with the Brand & Media Assistant Manager and Digital Marketing Assistant Manager on creative requirements, revisions, and content production. Execute requested edits and modifications based on creative direction and feedback.· Ensure final photo and video materials meet required creative, technical, and brand standards before submission.· Maintain organized media files, project folders, raw footage, and final asset archives for efficient cross-team access Provide regular updates on production schedules, shoot arrangements, editing progress, and post-production timelines. Support other departments with photography, videography, editing, and media-production requirements when needed. Perform additional production, editing, or creative duties assigned by department management.
