Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pools. Conduct initial screenings and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for critical roles. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria. Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices. Communicate regularly with hiring managers on recruitment progress and timelines. Employer Branding Support employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice. Contribute to recruitment events, job fairs, career talks, and online branding campaigns. Create engaging recruitment content for social media and talent attraction channels. Data, Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases (ATS or internal trackers). Ensure all documentation of hiring process. Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and company policies.
