• Install, configure, and commission ELV systems • Handle CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, and related ELV systems • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning • Prepare technical documents, reports, and project-related documentation • Attend client/site meetings and coordinate with project teams • Ensure work quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. • Monitor and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and approval of customer orders. • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management. • Analyze competitor pricing to maintain competitive pricing strategies. • Work closely with sales, technical, procurement, and operations teams. • Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners. • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. • Stay updated on IT products, solutions, and industry developments.
