Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain customer billing records. Follow up on customer payments and manage accounts receivable. Monitor daily cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions. repare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss reports. Handle tax filing, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with government regulations. Manage local and overseas purchase payments and supplier settlements. Oversee rental contracts, bank-related matters, and government documentation. Review and supervise junior accounting staff and maintain internal financial controls. Support payroll, audits, and prepare financial data for management. Maintain accounting records, contracts, licenses, and office expense documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to support financial and operational activities. Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by Management.
