Analyse market demand by segment and model group, considering factors such as marketingplans and competitor launches. Monitor SKU performance and recommend SKU rationalization strategies Market Data Analysis Analyse market data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Monitor competitormovements and strategies to stay ahead in the market. Track market share and performance metrics to assess brand positioning. Handle data systems,dashboards, and performance analysis Performance Monitoring & Reporting Measure and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Assess ROI and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives. Prepare detailed reports for organizational leadership to support decision-making. Retail Management and Data Support Monitor and report on ST vs SO coverage % and quantity, sharing updates with the Channel Team. Prepare monthly retail mapping and branding mapping reports to assess market trends and competitor positioning. Collaborate with the Marketing Team on EPP/EIP (E Store) initiatives. Conduct Mobile MCS surveys, design questionnaires, and analyse results for projectreports. Support PM Project/Marketing Project by ensuring timely delivery of data-driven insights. Provide sell-through and sell-out data support to cross-functional teams and key account dealers. Collaborate with the Channel Team to prepare SCM Day data and PSI key dealer lists.
Sales & Target Achievement Drive monthly/weekly sales targets for all assigned stores. Monitor daily sales performance and take action to improve weak outlets. Ensure product focus models are pushed according to company direction. Support shops to improve sell-out, activation, and market share. Store Operations & Merchandising Ensure proper display, branding, POSM, and price tag implementation. Check stock availability and coordinate replenishment with MASTER DEALER. Ensure all stores follow company SOP and promotion guidelines. Monitor competitor activities and market situation in each area. Dealer / Partner Relationship Maintain strong relationship with dealers and retail shop owners. Negotiate for better display space and promotion support. Handle dealer complaints and resolve operational issues quickly. Support dealer motivation programs and incentive implementation. Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis. Analyze sales trends, best sellers, slow movers, and propose action plan. Track KPI performance (sell-out, activation, productivity per promoter). Prepare market feedback and competitor price comparison reports.
