▪ Assist in managing and coordinating tenant fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, fit-out guidelines, building regulations, safety requirements, and project schedules. ▪ Conduct site inspections, review technical submissions, and coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of fit-out projects. ▪ Supervise tenant fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, safety regulations, and mall requirements. ▪ Review fit-out drawings, coordinate internal comments, and monitor design changes during construction. ▪ Inspect site progress, workmanship, and quality. Identify issues, follow up on corrective actions, and monitor project schedules. ▪ Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and relevant departments. Provide fit-out guidance and report project status or critical issues. ▪ Coordinate inspections, T&C, and handover activities, and maintain fit-out documentation and records.
▪ Proactively identify prospective corporate tenants, conduct high-impact site tours, and lead negotiations to close new lease deals. ▪Act as the primary face of the building, managing "Gold Standard" relationships and handling all tenant inquiries with excellence. ▪Coordinate the entire process from lease offers and contracts to smooth move-in/out protocols. ▪Prepare periodic reports and documentation to track leasing success and tenant satisfaction. ▪Collaborate with internal teams like M&E, Legal, and Finance to ensure world-class operations.
