Review MEP design drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and check shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals. Proactively identify prospective corporate tenants, conduct high-impact site tours, and lead negotiations to close new lease deals. Act as the primary face of the building, managing "Gold Standard" relationships and handling all tenant inquiries with excellence. Coordinate the entire process from lease offers and contracts to smooth move-in/out protocols. Prepare periodic reports and documentation to track leasing success and tenant satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams like M&E, Legal, and Finance to ensure world-class operations.
