Greet and welcome customers to Myanmar Plaza, providing a friendly and positive atmosphere. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or via email. Assist customers with finding store locations, products, and mall amenities. Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a polite, professional, and effective manner. Provide information regarding ongoing promotions, events, and services within the mall. Assist with mall events and activities to ensure smooth operations. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions and assistance to resolve issues quickly. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area. Assist with the management of lost and found items. Coordinate with other mall staff and security as needed to address customer concerns or emergencies. Keep customers informed about opening hours, mall policies, and other important information. Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
