Job Descriptions for Senior Accountant Managing all financial and accounting operations including GL, A/R, A/P, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue recognition. Responsible for company quarterly and annual income tax filling as well as other taxation such as Business Tax, withholding tax to ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Coordinating the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances and preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements Review the posting of all entries to the general ledger in order to ensure entries and accounting methods employed are correct. Record and manage write-offs of assets, and properly account for gains and losses considering the nature of the transaction (cash vs. like-for-like vs. payment in-kind). Counter check to account procedure for sites. Prepare and check to budgeting, evaluating, expenses calculation and analysis. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidentially. Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts, defining account policies and procedures. Manage to Account, Warehouse and Invoicing Teams to make daily operation smooth, and monthly report with timeline. To control stock analysis report to Deputy CFO.
