Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR & Policy Management Develop, implement, and maintain HR & Admin policies, the employee handbook, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage and assign daily duties and responsibilities within the HR & Admin Department. Prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly HR reports to Management. Recruitment, Onboarding & Talent Developmen t Manage end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing offer letters. Coordinate and deliver effective onboarding and induction sessions for new hires. Identify employee training needs and organize relevant professional development programs. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring regular feedback and objective goal setting. Support and guide line managers in conducting performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs). Compensation, Benefits & Compliance Manage and calculate monthly salary payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments. Process and handle all employee benefits, leave entitlements, and statutory Social Security Board (SSB) calculations in accordance with legal requirements. Maintain and safeguard the confidentiality and security of all employee records and HR data. Manage and execute all related payment approvals and transactions through designated payment software. Employee Relations & Communication Manage employee relations by directly handling disciplinary actions, workplace grievances, and conflict resolutions. Draft and issue official internal announcements and HR communications. Respond to and resolve employee queries and issues directly, promptly, and professionally. Organize and participate in town-hall meetings, staff parties, and company events. Office & Retail Administration Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient work environment. Enforce all office and HR-related policies and procedures across the organization. Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts (e.g., cleaning, IT support, maintenance).
The Assistant Marketing Manager will support and manage the overall marketing activities of the MGOU retail business, including digital marketing, social media, promotions, branding, campaigns, events, customer engagement, in-store marketing, content, partnerships, and marketing performance analysis. The role requires a hands-on marketer who can develop and execute marketing plans on time and on budget. We are looking for a person who is organized and strong in planning, but also has the skills to jump in and do the work within the marketing team—whether it be design creation on Canva, or TikTok video creation. You are also confident in dealing with external stakeholders and genuinely care about developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Retail Marketing Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and monthly content plans across social media platforms, digital advertising, influencer marketing, and online campaigns. Coordinate in-store promotions, POSM, events, launches, and activations. Execute daily marketing activities, promotional plans, and social media/local marketing efforts as agreed with Management. Corporate Marketing & Brand Management (HIQ): Maintain and update corporate (HIQ) brand assets and brand guidelines. Manage and update corporate communications platforms, including the official website, LinkedIn page, email signatures, and corporate announcements. Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all channels (stores, social media, website), ensuring accurate information is shared across public channels. Team Leadership & Performance Management: Manage and own the overall team performance and output, including developing the skills and capabilities of junior team members. Stakeholder & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with mall marketing teams, agencies, influencers, media partners, and marketing vendors. Support the General Manager with branding, customer engagement, and loyalty activities. Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer profiles/behavior. Handle other marketing activities and special projects assigned by management.
