Generator running, calculate monthly fuel consumption, daily check out generator fitness Air con servicing and maintain all of Air Con, if need installation new air con. Develop test requirements and assist in electrical equipment checkout and startup. Maintain all the Civil works like as tile, painting, renovation of the building, new civil project etc. Maintain facilities (Electric, Office, Storage, Toilets, etc.)
• Manage company buildings, assets, and fixed costs • Handle company vehicles and transportation operations • Process company administrative tasks and handle related issues • Manage outsourced services such as securities and cleaners • Support daily work of all departments • Manage the expatriate employee’s coordination such as stay permit, visa and other various process • Cooperate with the government departments for various administration activities

Responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing Department by providing Korean–Myanmar interpretation between Korean and Myanmar, handling customer relations, collecting automobile industry and competitor data, and preparing reports. Business-related schedule planning (arrangement, record management, and follow-up) Integrated management, analysis, and reporting of sales-related status Work-related interpretation and translation Collection, consolidation, and reporting of customer complaints, VOC, and quality issue information
Arrange and coordinate marketing activities Handle and maintain daily customer database Assist the marketing manager in setting marketing goals and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business targets Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for marketing materials Conduct market surveys and analyze marketing data Support digital marketing, social media, and advertising activities Communicate with suppliers for arranging of marketing materials Control and take responsibility for marketing department stocks
