Execute Power Equipments swaps within CR time, and perform Battery Bank (BB) and Diesel Generator (DG) swap and shift I&C activities, including installation, configuration, wiring, labeling, and pre- and post-system checks to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and test DGs, BBs, rectifiers, and other telecom power systems. Conduct system testing, commissioning, and monitoring to ensure full operational readiness. Prepare tools, materials, and safety equipment for site work; strictly follow safety procedures. Document daily activities, submit accurate reports, and provide before/after photos and barcode records as required. Coordinate with client NOC, power teams, and internal teams for smooth operations and timely issue resolution. Support material returns by coordinating transportation to relevant warehouses.
· Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality · Calculate and administer salary income tax, SSB contributions, and other statutory deductions in compliance with local regulations · Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements · Prepare and submit statutory reports to relevant government bodies (SSB, tax office, etc.) · Maintain strong coordination and professional relationships with government authorities for smooth reporting and compliance processes · Develop and maintain payroll records, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel tools · Monitor employee benefits administration (leave, insurance, allowances, etc.) · Conduct periodic audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance · Provide reports to Head of Department cost analysis, and workforce data · Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on compensation policies and practices
