The Institute for Legal Support and Technical Assistance, (ILSTA) is an Institute set up by legal professionals from international development organisations, national development agencies, academia, and the private sector.

ILSTA is a legal person set up and registered in Luxembourg and works as a partner organisation for Luxembourg’s development cooperation.

The policy of ILSTA is to respond directly, in partnership with national authorities, to the needs of training and capacity building.
