Develop and implement Annual and Monthly Sales Targets, Plans, and Strategies while leading execution to increase sales volume and ensure consistent target achievement. Manage payments, collections, and customer complaints while providing effective after-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities, identify new sales opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management. Support pricing, product positioning, and promotions; analyze product-wise sales performance; and monitor sales data to maintain healthy Account Receivables and financial control. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, collaborate with Marketing for events and campaigns, and coordinate with other departments to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
