Collaborating with machine suppliers and maintenance teams to ensure that the equipment is operating efficiently and meets production requirements. Monitoring and optimizing machine performance to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition. Troubleshooting machine-related issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions to the production process. Training production staff on the proper operation and maintenance of machinery to ensure safe and effective use.
Develop Medical Sales Plans, establish good relations with Doctors and pharmacies , train and lead Medical Sales Reps and ensure to perform compliance with ethical sales practices. Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings. Support medical promotion activities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences. Develop partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and prescribers. Enhance brand visibility through in-clinic merchandising and promotional materials.
