Coordinate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility. Assist in the transition from sales to implementation after contract signing. Stay updated on product features and competitor offerings.
Responsible for deploying and managing cloud-based solutions on AWS platforms. Collaborate with Solutions Architects to architect and design scalable and secure solutions tailored to client needs. Estimate server size based on projected workload and performance requirements. Perform configuration and installation of ERP systems, web servers, and FinTech servers. Conduct in-depth technical research to identify optimal solutions for customer requirements.
