The Sales Manager – Banking System is responsible for driving business growth through the direct sales of the company's Banking System and related software solutions. This is a senior individual contributor sales position. The role does not primarily focus on managing a sales team. Instead, the Sales Manager is expected to independently manage the full sales cycle, develop high-value client relationships, engage senior decision-makers including C-Level executives , understand client business needs, present appropriate solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals. The position requires a highly experienced and strong salesperson who can represent the company professionally in high-level client meetings and build trust with banking and financial-sector decision-makers. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed individual sales targets. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners. • Manage the full sales process for own leads — including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and strong customer satisfaction. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to enhance brand presence and network for business development. •Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and client updates for management review. •Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy for pipeline and activity tracking. • Participate and support in the activities for systems implementation • Uphold company values, compliance, and ethical sales practices in all client engagements.

Assign tasks to development team for project tasks Serve as the liaison between clients and developers and management Effectively communicate project insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; issuing progress reports; recommending actions Collaborate with development team and appropriate internal teams to ensure that the final product meets client’s requirements. Conduct Testing processes and write test cases. Prepare user manuals as necessary. Deliver finished projects to clients, conduct training sessions, assist in UAT period Provide feedback to the development process based on lessons learned from completed projects. Provide solutions to customers' issues redirected by customer support

Responsible for deploying and managing cloud-based solutions on AWS platforms. Collaborate with Solutions Architects to architect and design scalable and secure solutions tailored to client needs. Estimate server size based on projected workload and performance requirements. Perform configuration and installation of ERP systems, web servers, and FinTech servers. Conduct in-depth technical research to identify optimal solutions for customer requirements.
