Develop and implement risk management procedures to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions. Supervise and mentor procurement staff, delegating tasks and coordinating activities across departments. Work with internal stakeholders, such as executives and department heads, to understand their needs and align procurement with overall business objectives. Monitor supplier performance and key metrics (KPIs) to drive improvements and ensure business objectives are met.
