Direct Role Manage and coordinate all operational activities and technical teams across Myanmar. Ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all business locations. Build strong relationships with clients by participating in key meetings with CRM Team and resolving operational concerns across Myanmar. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CRM, QA, HR, Admin, Training, Scheduling, M&E, Store and Inventory teams in operational related matters. Lead and oversee the execution of major operational projects across Myanmar. Visit all bases at least once/annum. Overseeing role Oversee Operations-Office Team with respect to all matters relating to staff accommodation, personnel movement and transfers.
Uploading daily service reports. Coordinating with CRM and service technicians and accounts Maintaining operational documentation Assisting CRM generally Assisting operations team with various paperwork, client folders, site maps, checklists etc. Facilitating the smooth submission of site work permits.
Sell the company’s services across a broad church of industries in a clearly defined geographical area. Accurately identify clients and build up a client database. Present, promote and sell products and services to both individual and corporate customers. Proactively manage both the clients and the client database. Coordinate and effectively communicate with logistics, other sales team members and CRM, sharing client information.
