Serve as the first point of contact , welcoming visitors in a polite, professional, and friendly manner Handle walk-in guests , manage in/out procedures , and direct visitors appropriately Coordinate and manage courier services , including receiving, dispatching, and recording documents and parcels Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and take accurate messages Manage official communication channels and maintain accurate client records Ensure the reception area is well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times Provide administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry Report and communicate property and office maintenance–related matters (e.g. facilities issues, repairs, or supplies) to the Admin Team in a timely manner Support management with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Provide first-line technical support to office staff, addressing hardware and software issues, including printer troubleshooting and peripherals. Install, configure and maintain computer systems (PCs, laptops) and manage mobile devices via Microsoft Intune. Administer Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), with a focus on SharePoint site management and permissions. Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including VLAN segmentation and basic administration of Cisco and MikroTik hardware. Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of CCTV systems. Monitor network stability and security, performing regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures. Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve complex IT-related issues. Provide IT training and guidance to office staff to improve digital literacy. Familiarity with ticketing systems and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
