Position Title HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits) Department: HR & Admin Reporting To: Assistant HR Manager / HR & Admin Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage daily attendance records and prepare attendance, leave, late, and OT reports. Handle monthly payroll processing including salary calculation, approval submission, Smart Pay report updates, and payslip issuance. Calculate and process monthly statutory payments such as SSB and PIT and submit to relevant government offices. Coordinate with government departments to ensure employee statutory benefits and compliance. Prepare and verify data required for monthly sales incentive calculation. Calculate sales incentives, prepare approval documents, update payroll systems, and process payments. Prepare documentation and approval requests for salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus payments. Handle final payroll and benefits calculation for resigned employees, including approval and payment processing. Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
