Check and verify employees’ overtime records. Compile and consolidate OT lists from each department and share in the group. Manage insurance in/out list and handle related payment processes. Handle the Social Security Board (SSB) process. Oversee general office administration duties. Check and calculate attendance records for night shift meal allowance. Perform day-to-day HR operations. Liaise with government offices and OSSC for HR-related processes. Assist with office supply control and prepare required documentation for both expatriate and local staff.
