Talent Acquisition: -Manage the full recruitment cycle to find the best candidates. Strategy & Culture: -Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business mission. Employee Relations: -Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Performance Management: -Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Compliance & Payroll: -Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and oversee the payroll and benefits administration. Training & Development: -Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Reporting: -Provide HR metrics (like turnover rates and cost-per-hire) to the management team to help with strategic decision-making.
Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on ATMs and CRMs. Detect and fix errors; escalate complex issues to the team leader when necessary Coordinate with your leader before replacing parts Travel to service sites and keep in touch with clients in a professional manner. Report any lost or damaged tools to the team leader Work independently while actively supporting team operations
-Handle daily cash collections and disbursements. -Maintain accurate cash-in and cash-out records. -Issue receipts and collect payments from internal and external parties. -Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock, including purchasing when required. -Assist with document printing, scanning, filing, and organizing office records. -Support HR & Admin team in maintaining employee documents files. -Assist in arranging meetings, interviews, and office events when needed. -Support overall admin and operational tasks assigned by Operation Manager.
