Position Objective The HR Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR databases, and providing support to recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll activities and providing support to HR Team if needed. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and files. Process HR-related documentation and forms, including new hires, probationary evaluation, terminations, and status changes. Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in employee welfare program. Assist in employee onboarding activities, including orientation, banking process, insurance paperwork, training, and paperwork completion, SSB documentation. Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management. Assist in organizing and planning employee events and activities. Manage HR-related communications, including employee newsletters and announcements. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain employee files. Perform other HR-related administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

The Healthcare Officer will provide high-quality health care both mentally and physically to students, ensuring their safety and well-being during school hours. They will work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to promote a healthy school environment and meet health and safety regulations. Responsibilities Assess, treat, and manage students' health needs, including first aid, medication administration, and emergency care. Develop and implement health care plans for students with chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, asthma, or seizures. Maintain accurate health records, including immunization records, health assessments, and medical history, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to promote a healthy school environment. Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, messages, and letters. Record and report daily and monthly attendance list of staff. Control the admin store for daily and monthly issue, including keeping records of medicine in/out, drinking water in/out, daily newspaper, and other supplies. Assist with daily administrative duties, such as filing, printing, scanning, and operations processes.
