Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, computers, printers, POS printers and network devices in stores. Provide technical support to store staff for hardware and software issues. Assist in new store IT setup, including network installation and system configuration. Provide maintenance and technical support for IT systems at the head office. Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and network problems. Perform routine maintenance and system updates for computers and IT equipment. Ensure data security and backup procedures are properly followed. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair and replacement. Maintain IT inventory and documentation. Report major system issues to the related department and ensure timely resolution.
