The Position: We’re looking for an Operations Executive Responsibilities Ensure the smooth running of operations by working with operation supervisors Resolve escalated client issues brought up to Operations by Customer Service Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure that operational processes are being followed by operations supervisors under you Deal with escalated worker issues that your operations supervisors are unable to handle Working with the sales department to provide operations input on large tender quotations Ensure that there are sufficient workers to fulfill all cleaning contracts in your sector at any time by working with HR Work with Operations Manager to improve work processes, and grow the business Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field. Good interpersonal skills. Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred. Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri.
