Key Responsibilities * Branding : Explore and develop logo concepts and variations aligned with brand direction. * Create and maintain a branding guide (colors, typography, logo usage, visual identity rules). * Design product mockups and apply logos/branding to apparel, accessories, and packaging. * Prepare print-ready logo placements for production (tags, labels, embroidery, packaging). * Collaborate with the product and procurement team during new product launches and seasonal collections. * Ensure design consistency across all products and collections. * Content Design : Design day to day social media visuals, eye-catching graphics, reels covers, product posts, stories, and ads for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Create visuals that align with brand identity and campaign goals. * Support influencer campaigns and promotional content with creative assets. * Collaboration : Work closely with the Social Media Executive to match visuals with trending formats. * Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales promotions. * Prepare templates and design kits for faster content creation. Requirements * Proven experience in graphic/product design (fashion, lifestyle, or activewear a plus, portfolio required) * Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools. * Ability to design both creative concepts and production-ready assets. * Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual identity. * Experience with product mockups and preparing files for print/production. * Detail-oriented, with ability to balance creative exploration and practical execution. * Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools. * Knowledge of TikTok/Instagram design trends. * Ability to create both static, mock up and motion graphics. * Creative thinker with attention to detail. * Passion for activewear, fashion, and lifestyle is a plus.
