Prepare and monitor customer collection schedules. • Perform AR offset and payment reconciliation in the system. • Ensure received payments match AR settlements and records. • Obtain AR confirmations and maintain related documentation. • Prepare weekly and monthly AR Aging Reports and follow on overdue accounts with relevant team.
Supervise and manage production staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. Enforce adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the entire production cycle, from raw material handling to the final product. Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods and packaging materials to ensure they comply with quality standards, packaging integrity, and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed production records and documentation, including batch details, production timelines, and quality control data, to ensure traceability, accountability, and compliance. Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards at every stage of the production process, ensuring the facility remains clean and compliant with industry safety and health regulations. Leverage knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and laboratory processes to enhance production quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Factory Maintenance: Oversee the repair and maintenance of production machinery. Facility Management: Maintain office infrastructure, lighting, plumbing, and general facility upkeep. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and execute a scheduled maintenance program to minimize downtime. Operational Control: Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and manage emergency repairs effectively. Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and repair costs. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations.
• Monitor and record hygiene control measures across all production processes. • Conduct sensory testing (smell, taste, appearance) on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure they meet internal standards. • Maintain accurate daily quality records and report findings directly to the Supervisor/Manager. • Inspect packaging materials to ensure they meet quality and compliance requirements. • Adhere to established standards and actively participate in cleaning and sanitation inspections. • Support the preparation of documentation for internal audits and external certifications. • Perform other QA/QC-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
