Deliver end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage virtual machines and firewall systems for secure operations. Configure and maintain MikroTik and Ubiquiti access points. Understanding of networking technologies (wired and wireless) Administer Office 365 services and user accounts. Support and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environments. Implement and monitor networking technologies to ensure reliability and security. Provide regular IT training to users. Administer IT asset inventories, ensuring records are kept fully up to date Produce and maintain technical documentation and articles for the knowledge base Participate in all IT-related procurement This list of duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive. Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and support onboarding and orientation. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts. HR Administration & Payroll Support: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime, and assist in payroll preparation including allowances, deductions, and benefits. Manage SSB registration and monthly contributions. Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and Myanmar Labour Law. Support disciplinary processes and maintain proper documentation. Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries, support engagement activities, and manage resignation processes including exit interviews and clearance. Reporting: Prepare HR reports such as headcount, recruitment status, and turnover, and perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Partner with Management and Department Heads to develop and implement HR policies and practices that support sustainable business growth and organizational effectiveness. Coach and support leadership and line managers in strengthening leadership capability, team effectiveness, and employee development aligned with company goals. Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, retention, compensation & benefits, and learning & development. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards. Drive employee engagement, accountability, and cross-team collaboration. Analyze HR data (attendance, turnover, trends) and provide actionable improvements. Deliver effective HR solutions to support business goals and build a sustainable workforce.
