About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Secretary to provide executive-level support to the Managing Director of our engineering company. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the MD’s office. Key Responsibilities Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Assist in project coordination, report compilation, and documentation. Maintain proper filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of records. Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
