We are looking for a skilled and experienced Admin Supervisor to support office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle all office administration duties professionally. Plan and organize vehicle routes and staff transportation arrangements. Manage office supplies, documents, records, and filing system. Supervise daily administration operations and office activities. Arrange meetings, schedules, and coordinate with teams. Support the management team and other departments. Understand government office processes and general office procedures.
Overall planning, execution, and completion of solar mini grid projects. Project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with required standards. Monitor project progress and resolve project issues effectively. Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management. Proven experience in project management; experience in construction or renewable energy projects is preferred. Strong leadership skill, communication skill, and problem-solving skill. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
