Oversee daily pharmacy operations within the hospital Ensure proper storage, dispensing and inventory management of medicines. Monitor compliance with hospital policies and government regulations Communicate using appropriate terminology for the guest, their families and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and controlled drugs. Report to hospital management regarding pharmacy performance and needs Organize daily work schedule effectively and efficiently Ability to manage inventory and ensure medication safety
