Lead and manage the daily HR operations Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with the Labor Law and Health Authorities Ensure compliance to Corporate standards of parent organization through appropriate benchmarking Effectively manage the HR budget and contribution to the Hospital’s business planning cycle. Design and manage HR policies and practices to ensure that HR initiatives are competitive, innovative and cost effective to the Hospital Ensure the Hospital’s annual training and development plan is adequate and meet the business needs in line with the strategic direction set.
