Prepare account service-related documents such as data collection, proposals, meeting agendas, meeting reports, other client communications, correspondence and activations as necessary. Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls. Collaborate and work closely with the account management team Create and/or provide feedback on project estimates and timelines. Have the enthusiasm to work on content writing and social media Engage in promotional activations and outdoor activities File and process internal information as requested. Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate. Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-campaign/production service
• Responsible for designing and overseeing marketing campaigns • Concept and execute creative ideas across platforms • Assist to ensure all marketing communications across various channels and departments remain consistent and align with strategic marketing goals • Partner with other designers, copywriters and production team and client service team to ensure quality in all aspects of campaign execution • Create mocks and storyboards • Develop strategies and tactics to build interest, demand, and recognition of company features through the use of various channels • Interesting in graphic design working within and advertising agency or in-house environment, with ecommerce or retail exposure • Understand conceptual work that demonstrates particular expertise across different communication platforms • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines • Excellent visual design sense and a user-centered process • Exceptional at providing design and art direction to production artists, animators, editors and production team
