Coordinate and optimize manpower, machinery, and operational systems to ensure smooth factory production. Inspect and supervise product quality and overall production standards. Manage and ensure sufficient delivery of raw materials to branch factories. Formulate and implement processes and strategies to enhance production efficiency. Supervise and manage interior and exterior factory cleanliness and maintenance. Verify daily operations across departments during morning routine meetings to ensure smooth workflow. Evaluate the daily performance of technicians/mechanicians and provide necessary instructions and guidance. Communicate with branch factory supervisors to resolve operational issues and address requirements. Liaise and coordinate with government departments and offices as required. Execute additional tasks and directives assigned based on operational needs. Collaborate with the HR & Admin department on personnel matters. Comply with rules, regulations, and policies issued by the company from time to time.
