We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Chartered Accountant (ACA) to support our finance and accounting operations Position Summary The Assistant Chartered Accountant (ACA) will support financial reporting, costing analysis, inventory control, and accounting operations to ensure efficient financial management and accurate reporting across manufacturing and distribution activities. Key Responsibilities Financial & Accounting Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation Support month-end and year-end closing activities Costing & Manufacturing Analysis Assist in calculating production costing and cost per litre/MT Monitor raw material consumption and production output Analyze production losses and operational variances Support manufacturing statement preparation Inventory & Stock Control Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory Assist in stock reconciliation and physical inventory count Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation Accounts Payable & Receivable Monitor supplier payments and customer receivables Prepare aging reports and payment schedules Verify invoices and supporting documents Taxation & Compliance Support tax filing, audit preparation, and compliance activities Maintain proper accounting documentation and records Coordination Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales teams Support Finance Manager and Chief Accountant in daily operations
* Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities. * Lead maintenance teams including Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation personnel. * Ensure maximum plant availability and minimum downtime. * Plan and execute annual shutdown and major maintenance activities. * Maintain Pretreatment, Extraction, Refinery and Utility equipment. * Monitor performance of Boilers, Thermal Oil Heaters, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers and Water Treatment Systems. * Ensure proper maintenance of Hexane Handling and Solvent Recovery Systems. * Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures. * Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. * Develop maintenance SOPs, checklists and KPIs. * Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance and Procurement departments.
