WHO WE ARE

Marlarmyaing Public Company Limited was established in 2017 in accordance with the Myanmar Companies Act. Established on February 10th, 2018 with company registration number (107191364) in the new MyCo system. It is a company that was re-registered on October (12). Malarmyaing public company limited to share necessary agricultural technologies for farmers and to open Malarmyaing agricultural equipment sales centers in every township to build factories and produce agricultural inputs themselves. We aim to reduce foreign imports and become a company that benefits the agricultural sector. Malarmyaing started as a family-owned agricultural retail store in 1989. In accordance with the Myanmar Companies Act (1991), Malarmyaing Company Limited was established to provide cultivation techniques, agricultural inputs, seed The tools were distributed and sold throughout the country. In 2005. Malarmyaing Production Company Limited was established with the aim of distributing good quality fertilizers to farmers at low prices. (2014) successfully operated the Fertilizer Blend Factory. In 2017, the Company Limited was formed with experienced leaders and related companies. (2018) The pesticide repacking plant project has been started in Thilawa Industrial Zone. The authorized capital of the company is exactly five hundred thousand kyats, and it is a related company that was established by the initial founders (7). Lead Planning, prioritizing, conducting and reporting on the agreed Development program for Marlarmyaing Agro-chemical in order to obtain new product registrations and new use recommendation. Provide critical support to the registration of Marlarmyaing Agro-chemical products in Myanmar in close cooperation with oversea manufacturers/suppliers in the preparation and checking of technical dossier, registration documents. Ensure timely & correct registration of new Crop Protection, Pest Control and Non-Crop products with the relevant authorities in Myanmar. Support the sales support activities (product launch activities, distributor technical trainings etc.) to enhance customer satisfaction. Support Marlarmyaing Agro-chemical and its customers to obtain the necessary licenses to operate (Product registrations, Operations Licenses, Import Permits etc) to market the crop protection products. Provide critical support to partner companies in the implementation of country field development knowledge generation work both for new & existing compounds which is required for the establishment of good agricultural practice (GAP) & product registration. Provide regulatory compliance of Marlarmyaing Agro-chemical business units (distributor change, label approval and so on). Ensure that field development trials & other related activities (importation of samples, etc.) are covered by appropriate permits issued by the regulators in coordination with manufacturers and suppliers. Ensure field development activities comply with different compliance policies before being implemented Ensure proper maintenance data confidentiality of all registrations data and files.
Execute full-cycle monthly payroll for diverse business units, ensuring data integrity across different pay structures. Calculate complex Allowances, Overtime (OT), and discretionary bonuses based on varying BU policies. Distribute secure digital pay slips and handle all employee queries regarding pay discrepancies. Calculate and remit monthly Social Security Board (SSB) contributions and statutory insurance. Manage individual and corporate Tax filings, ensuring adherence to the latest government fiscal regulations. Prepare annual tax statements for all employees. Perform monthly Payroll Reconciliation to ensure payroll accounts match general ledger entries. Collaborate with the Finance Department to fund payroll accounts and resolve bank transfer issues. Generate monthly labor cost reports and variance analysis for BU heads. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the implementation of new HR/Payroll software. Lead data cleansing, mapping, and parallel run testing to ensure the new system produces 100% accurate results. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the new digital workflow.
Lead and oversee daily manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of pesticides, fertilizers, and other agrochemical products. Supervise the production floor to meet targets according to the production plan, ensuring all orders are completed within the deadlines set. Provide clear guidance and direction to production staff, fostering a collaborative environment and conducting necessary on-job training. Monitor production lines in strict accordance with Quality Control (QC) systems to maintain product standards and minimize waste. Oversee machinery operations to ensure smooth performance and strictly enforce safety regulations (PPE, chemical handling) to prevent workplace hazards. Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly production reports to the management, detailing output, downtime, and resource usage. Identify bottlenecks in the production line and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities in accordance with approved project plans and schedules. Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on technical matters. Supervise site activities to ensure work is carried out according to design, quality, and safety standards. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and propose corrective actions. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation. Control project materials, resources, and manpower utilization.
