Job Summary Assist Assistant Manager (Mechanical)/ Senior Engineer (Mechanical) operations in all aspects of the job. Full coordination with operations teams and supporting teams. Perform as a leader of workshop team. Coordinate the work of the mechanics to maintain rigs, rig equipment, vehicles, rolling stocks, cranes and other support equipment required for field operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Directly assist Assistant Manager (Mechanical) and Senior Engineer (Mechanical) in all aspects of his job. Supervise for coordinating the maintenance of all rigs, rolling stocks and other support equipment. Report workshop team leader and prepare for identifying parts and equipment required for refurbishment works to refill WH stock. Assist to make available to the mechanics to support the necessary tools and provide proper repairing procedures. Update maintenance management systems to co-ordinate, issue parts and execute work and ensure history data is entered and maintained. Good maintain tool storeroom and manage system to prevent theft and ensure that tools are readily available for use when needed. Assist of work execution and carrying out mechanical routine jobs, troubleshooting to mechanical faults. Manage the effective Preventive Maintenance tasks for equipment which is in operation. Prepare workshop team daily report and other documents. Periodically, the employee may be expected to perform assigned duties and tasks not covered in his job description as well as to provide support to other departments when necessary.
Job Summary Assist to Senior Engineer -Operations in all aspects of his job. Conduct all required field operations related to well servicing, Pumping Unit maintenance & installation, Downhole Workshop and Production Measurement. Duties and Responsibilities: Production Measurement Measure production of PCC wells several times daily, in accordance with BH measurement procedures, and record results into the production database. Responsible for catching fluid samples from each well for verification of water production or special testing, and for conducting tests to determine water cut and oil gravity for the new reactivate wells or new wells. Responsible for maintaining all necessary equipment for production sampling and measurement, including servicing and maintaining sufficient inventory of spare parts. Work with MOGE to mesh MPRL E&P Production Measurement operations into the ongoing MOGE exclusive operations. Responsible for verification the water run out volume of holding tanks, drain out recovery oil, cellar collecting oil and casing swabbing oil. Responsible for oil and gas separators, knowing and monitoring both oil and gas flow lines and updating diagrams of GOCS. Responsible for entering data into a computer database, and for maintaining a current database at all time. Feed back to SEMFO/Team leader whenever the changing of well behavior occurs. Workover Supervisor Responsible for all aspects of onsite supervision of Pulling Unit and Workover Rig operations (P-100/ P-82/ P-75/ P-70/ P-69/ P-65). (Act as MPRL E&P company man.) Responsible for tracking use of all materials and completing necessary paperwork for material transfers to the warehouse or other wells. Operations/ Production reporting Downhole Workshop Supervisor Responsible for maintaining Insert Pumps, Downhole equipment as well as Masts & Draw-works of all Pulling Units and other support equipment required for Mann Project operations. Pumping Unit Maintenance Supervisor Responsible for maintaining pumping units, electrical motors, updating list of all location of unit by well Periodically, the employee may be expected to perform assigned duties and tasks not covered in his job description as well as to provide support to other departments when necessary.
