Key Responsibilities Sales Management -Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. -Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve sales results. -Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. -Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks. -Identify new business opportunities and potential customers. -Conduct market visits and evaluate market opportunities. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. -Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly. -Team Management -Supervise and support sales representatives and sales supervisors. -Conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations. -Collection & Credit Control -Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances. -Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely collections.
