Understand and align with the company’s overall goals, vision and long-term brand strategy. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to identify market potential, define go-to-market strategies, and develop robust distribution plans. Own the full brand lifecycle from strategic planning to execution across all consumer touchpoints. Develop and manage brand equity by ensuring consistent brand positioning, identity, messaging, and tone across campaigns and channels. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to adjust brand strategies accordingly. Lead new product development initiatives including concept testing, packaging development, pricing , and launch plans. Design and implement effective consumer and trade marketing programs to drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth. Plan and manage ATL, BTL ,and digital campaigns to support product visibility and brand strength. Create annual marketing calendars and oversee timely execution with cross-functional teams (Sales ,R & D, Creative, Finance). Track, analyze , and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions. Provides insights and strategic recommendations to optimize ROI. Utilize data analytics and consumer feedback to guide decision-making and continuous improvement. Manage external agencies (creative , media, research ) and internal teams to deliver consistent and high-impact campaigns. Represent the brand at trade shows , exhibitions, and key industry events. Develop and control brand and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Oversee project timelines to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
