Maintain effective cooperation and coordination with the operations (water Team) and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and reliable plant operation. Prepare and submit monthly maintenance summary reports, completed works, breakdowns, preventive maintenance activities.
Prepare and coordinate the monthly preventive maintenance plan with outsourced service companies and Operators. Supervise and monitor assigned new project works on site in coordination with outsourced service companies. Supervise and monitor repair and maintenance works on site in coordination with outsourced service companies. Provide support for electrical system operation activities and monthly meter reading works as required. Conduct monthly inspections of the electrical system to ensure safe, reliable, and proper operation. Review and verify Design Application Approval documents for the power Systems of both Locators and MJTD. Collect and monitor Internet Service Provider (ISP) payments in accordance with the respective contracts and agreed payment terms. Prepare and coordinate the renewal of EC Certificates for all MJTD electrical infrastructure and facilities. Review, coordinate, and manage contract approval processes and related payment procedures. Prepare and process approval documents for planned shutdown works, work orders, government letters, and other related documents. Prepare English-Myanmar translations of official government letters and other relevant documents as required. Prepare, review, and submit purchasing and payment approval requests through the Procurement Software System. Forward Officer-approved documents to the Document Controller for proper filing, record-keeping, and document control. Prepare and coordinate ISO Internal and External Audit activities, including tracking, updating, and closing audit findings, comments, and corrective actions in consultation with relevant team members. Prepare, review, and update ISO related documents, including SOPs, flow charts, form registers, revisions, and updates, in consultation with relevant team members. Prepare and regularly update Risk Assessments for relevant activities and operations. Monitor and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets for purchasing activities and maintain accurate budget records and updates. Conduct Kick-Off Meetings with Locators for MJTD approval applications, including Power, Telecommunications, Solar, and Design Change applications. Prepare and submit monthly Power and Telecom Office Work Reports to the relevant Management team.
