Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support employee orientation programs and coordinate on-the-job training activities. Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations accurately. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation. Liaise and communicate with relevant government offices such as Labor Office and Social Security Board (SSB). Oversee daily administrative operations, including office coordination and facility management. Provide general administrative support to management and departments as needed.
