Oversee all logistical aspects of the tour, including transportation schedules, hotel check-ins, and meal arrangements. Act as the "face" of the company, greeting guests and providing continuous support, information, and problem-solving throughout the trip. Liaise with local guides, drivers, hotel staff, and restaurant managers to ensure services are delivered as promised. Monitor the safety of all participants, manage medical emergencies if they arise, and ensure compliance with local travel regulations. Manage on-tour funds (floats), keep accurate records of expenses, and submit detailed post-tour reports and feedback. Calmly handle "on-the-fly" issues, such as flight delays, lost luggage, or itinerary changes, with minimal disruption to the guest experience.
