- Must be able to read drawing well and build specification accurately. - Understanding the construction plan of the project. - Supervising along with the contractor the construction site. - Supervision of construction work and keeping note of each and every casting work- can use Microsoft project software. - Develop material estimates according to working drawings. - Preparing schedule of material used, ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available and method of statement for every scope. - Collect and analyze project information to prepare project report and recommend future actions. -Preparing working schedule and bar bending schedule. - Organizing materials and ensuring site are safe and clean. - Site checking and checking for the material, control management for the store items. - Prepare for the site expenses claim to the head office. - Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.
