Assist with the daily maintenance of the school’s MIS (SIMS) and other linked systems. ● Manage user accounts within the MIS, including adding/removing users and maintaining accurate records. ● Support the preparation and generation of reports, particularly termly academic reports. ● Assist with managing and maintaining user accounts across Google Workspace, and other school platforms. ● Ensure data accuracy and integrity, handling highly confidential information with care. ● Troubleshoot minor system issues and liaise with IT colleagues to resolve problems. ● Support staff with queries related to system access, data entry, and report generation. ● Assist in training staff on the use of SIMS and other relevant systems. ● Use formulas in Excel/Google Sheets to structure and analyse data as required
