Support families throughout the admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment. Maintain regular communication with prospective families and provide accurate school information. Assist in managing admissions pipelines, follow-ups, and application tracking. Support student onboarding and transition processes for newly enrolled families. School Tours & Parent Engagement Conduct or coordinate campus tours for prospective families. Present the school in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner. Build positive relationships with parents and support a high-quality admissions experience. Assist with open days, admissions events, information sessions, and promotional activities. Administration & Reporting Prepare and maintain admissions records, student files, and documentation. Assist with admissions reporting, data tracking, and enrolment statistics. Ensure all admissions information is accurate, organised, and confidential. Support preparation of letters, forms, confirmations, and admissions documentation. Maintain and update admissions databases and school information systems. Operational & Team Support Work closely with the Admissions Manager to support daily admissions operations. Coordinate with academic, finance, and parent relations teams to support enrolment processes. Assist with process improvements and admissions workflow management. Support Front of House reception when required during busy periods or events. Contribute positively to the wider Marketing, Admissions & Communications Department.
Job Purpose Network Associate Teachers complement the professional work of a subject or faculty in the Secondary School by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities underthe guidance and direction of the International Teacher(s). This will include collaborating on planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals and groups. Where appropriate to the stage of development, the Network Associate Teacher will also have responsibility for sections of whole class teaching and cover for the Network International Teacher in their absence. The Network Associate Teacher supports the Network International Teacher in monitoring students and assessing, recording and reporting on students’ achievement, progress and development. The Associate Teacher also complements the professional work of a Key Stage by taking shared responsibility for a tutor group as a co-tutor, supporting.students on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties, as well as monitoring and supporting the overall progress of students in the tutor group. Collaborate with the International Sports Teacher to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging timetabled physical education lessons, covering classes when deemed appropriate by the Head of Faculty. Support all learners by evaluating student understanding, providing timely feedback, and adapting athletic activities to ensure continuous progress. Serve as a positive role model and co-tutor, maintaining high behavioral standards, taking student attendance, and delivering consistent pastoral care. Contribute to a safe, stimulating learning environment and actively engage in the wider school community through break/lunch duties, House events, ECAs, parent meetings, and Leadership Team requests.
